I'm popping in to give you the recipe for this delicious Orange sherbet I showed you a few posts ago. There are only three ingredients... and I know it's sure to please.
Mix one can of sweetened condensed milk, one small can of drained crushed pineapple, and some of the orange soda. Pour into your ice cream maker canister and top off with as much orange soda as the container will hold. Stir gently and then let your ice cream maker do all the work. {If your machine requires a frozen bowl make sure you remember to put it in the freezer the day/night before- I've learned this the hard way...}
It's so refreshing and the little bits of pineapple are delicious. My Grandmomma has made this sherbet for as long as I can remember and I love that it's so easy I can make it on my own!
My mom used to make something simiar to this when we were kids. Yum!

ReplyDeleteSo similar to a recipe that my late brother-in-law made. I can't wait to try it!
ReplyDeleteI can’t wait to try this recipe in my brand new machine! About how much soda does it take? I have a 12 oz can and I’m wondering if that would be enough or does it need much more? Thanks ;)
